A cigarette & vape monitor is located in the flat. If the monitor is activated there is a £200 charge for extra deep clean.

Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times and be mindful of our neighbours between 20:00 and 08:00.

A non-refundable deposit will be charged in case of any damages to the property or its contents, lost keys, smoking in the apartment, complaints from neighbours regarding unsocial behaviour, or cleaning beyond the normal parameters required (such as stains on bedding or furniture). We have a strict no-pets policy and do not allow drugs or parties on the premises. The maximum number of adult guests per stay or night is limited to five.

Should you encounter any issues or have concerns during your stay, please report them within 24 hours of check-in. We want to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and comfortable.
