This is a non-smoking apartment, so we kindly ask you to refrain from smoking inside. Please maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times and be mindful of our neighbors between 22:00 and 08:00.

A non-refundable deposit will be charged in case of any damages to the property or its contents, lost keys, smoking in the apartment, complaints from neighbors regarding unsocial behavior, or cleaning beyond the normal parameters required (such as stains on bedding or furniture). We have a strict no-pets policy and do not allow drugs or parties on the premises. The maximum number of adult guests per stay or night is limited to two.

Should you encounter any issues or have concerns during your stay, please report them within 24 hours of check-in. We want to ensure that your experience is enjoyable and comfortable.
